Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni

Cannelloni can be a real winner with kids and a great way to get some greens into them too.
Try this recipe for a yummy cannelloni for the team!

1 tsp garlic
Sprinkle of coriander
A dash of oil
4 cups of spinach
2 cups of ricotta
1 egg
mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper
A jar of passata

Preheat the oven to 180
Cover the bottom of your baking tray with a bit of passata
On the frying pan, just heat together the garlic, oil and coriander. Add your spinach and once the spinach has wilted take it off the heat to stir through your cheeses.
Add your salt and pepper, and once everything is combined fill the cannelloni noodles. 
Line your tray with your filled noodles, and once they are filled up cover the set with passata and cheese.
Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes and once golden take out to cool.

Serve and enjoy!
