Rice Pudding

This is a simple dessert to make created by @livinguponarainbow - made directly in our Star Plates! So clever!

4 cups of milk
6 tbs of sugar
½ cup rice (soaked in filtered boiled water for 30 minutes)
2 tbs of cornflour
2 tsp of orange blossom water
Crushed Pistachios

Heat the milk in a heavy based pan and bring to the near boil on medium heat.
Just before it reaches boiling add the sugar and stir for about 5 minutes (until sugar is dissolved and boiling point reached).
Carefully add the soaked and drained rice to the mixture and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the rice is cooked.
**Make sure you stir often and keep covered.

In the meantime, dissolve the cornflour in a little milk and stir cooked rice through.
Add the orange blossom water before the milk starts to thicken.
Keep stirring for another 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
Allow to cool, pour into little woods and serve!
